NO and what energy it holds

Question.... 
When you have to say NO, for whatever reason... 
Do you: 

• say NO with ease
• make up an excuse
• try to justify yourself 
• go into a lengthy explanation to why 

Saying NO, doesn't seem to be easy for many of us. 

NO is made up of the #5 and #6 vibration...FREEDOM to EXPRESS yourself and to CREATE.
It holds the energies of PEACE, TROUBLE-SHOOTING and SPIRIT. 
Maybe that's the reason why, so many of us find it hard to say.... especially to people we care about. 

NO holds a beautiful heart centred energy. Maybe that is why we find it hard to say... when in reality we COULD say YES.
You know... when we make up a "white lie" because we don't want to hurt the other person. When we do that, the energy of NO will rub us up the wrong way, so to speak. We feel UN-EASY within ourselves because we are not true to or honour its energy. 

Remember what we say or think holds immense energetic power, as every letter of the alphabet has a number and its energy associated. 

That's why we need to be mindful of what words we are using

• talking to others
• talking to ourselves
• thinking about or of others
• thinking about ourselves

Next time you have to, or need to say NO... STOP... BREATHE... look into your heart and remember that NO holds

• FREEDOM of EXPRESSION
• CREATION

Create PEACE & HARMONY by saying NO from the HEART .
